Back Wall Bulge Kenmore Refrigerator

The inside back wall bulges out from the center so badly that the drawer frame at the bottom cannot fit into its slot so the door hits the drawers when closing. Also the two shelves at each level are separating at the front edge by almost 2 inches due to the bulging. Still freezing and cooling OK. Is there a fix.

Is this in the fridge or the freezer side ?
It almost sounds like water has gotten into the back wall in the freezer section and from freezing has bowed the wall out.
