Whirlpool washer reset

We have a Whirlpool washer WFW9050XW00 that wouldn't drain. I believe that is fixed but now it won't turn on - nothing, nada. I suspect there is a reset but can't figure it out. BTW, power is fine.

Sorry I missed this thread Tony.

You fixed the drain problem but now the unit is dead.
What was the problem with the drain...... did you disconnect plugs and maybe not reconnect them ?
BTW, power is fine. Fine where ? You mean the receptacle is live ?

For most appliances..... removing power from them for several minutes resets them. Your washer should give you trouble codes.

There should be a tech sheet inside your washer. Probably up near the control board area. It will contain testing and diagnostic routines. If you can't find it... let me know.

Also sorry I missed this thread (hospital) Fixed the drain so I guess you only took off the lower panel and cleaned the pump sump? AR THE CONTROLS LIGHTING UP? Tech sheet in lower panel or taped to side behind lower panel. If ant controls are lighting check for codes. Door must be closed for anything to work. If no control lights check for power at outlet.

I can't find a sheet but will let you know what happens with power off.
