Kenmore 110 Series Washer Issue

Typical question and I have read through a bunch of them but I wanted to make sure I am on the right track.

Our washer is about 1 year old. After we moved it began to have a loud bang during spin cycle. I can grab the agitator and push on it and it will bang into the case of the washer.

I think it might be the washer drive block. I looked at the 4 suspension springs and they seemed intact but my eyes are a bit suspect. Thoughts?

Here is a diagram for your washer part
KENMORE WASHER Parts | Model 11020022014 | Sears PartsDirect
Look under tub and basket part #22, they are the suspension rods, About a year before I retired they had a little problem with them but it should have been taken care of before you got your washer. If you want to replace them let me know and will give you a trick to make easier.
