Commerical maytag washer

I have a commercial washer that stops at the deep rinse cycle I have replaced the timer but still does the same stops at the deep rinse cycle I have also jumped out the lid switch but still does the same I am lost what to check next
I have access to all the parts can you help me check the next step indecently
I have two washers doing the same thing

And the model number is?
Need that before making some guesses.
Contacted Maytag yet?

need model # check that there is cold water coming into washer. Rinse is only cold water.

I have 10 washers and two out of them stop at the Deep rinse cycle Model # MAT15MNAWWO

MAT15MNAWWO I have checked the cold water in both washers its ok

They say Maytag on them built built by Whirlpool. Most Whirlpool parts will fit them (usually cheaper). Just for your info. Not a common problem but sounds like timer. Here is a diagram of your washer

Google timer parts # and only buy from a seller that as a year return policy. I can't be sure it's the timer

Does the cold water enter the washer on rinse? I know you said cold water works.

Thanks I found the problem it was the cold water solenoid was bad Thanks
