Ice cube and water dispenser issues

Hi all, Seems like i'm always bringing you guys refridge problems, but your always so helpful I keep coming back....and thanks. We're talking about a Frigidaire model PHSC39EHSS2 refridge here. Ice cubes are too small and the water dispenser runs extremely slow. I timed the water dispenser at 40 seconds to dispense just 6 ounces of water. I think that is way to slow ?? I have also adjusted the cube maker to its limits on keeping the water solenoid valve open for its maximum amount of time during cube cycling. My first thought is something or some tube or saddle valve clogged. Second thought is a clogged/malfunctioning solenoid valve. Third thought is maybe the second tube type filter I installed in the line (this model also has a filter inside the cold box) is restricting the water flow too much....but i've had one on there for several years and I don't remember this being an issue until recently. I've done all the usual....both new filters...checked water pressure....etc. Any ideas.....could an extra filter restrict the flow to a trickle. And thanks

Somewhere/somehow the water flow is being restricted.

It can be a plugged saddle valve.
A clogged screen at the fill valve (not on all machines).
Using two filters... back to back.
