LG fridge: no ice
LG lFC24770 - Ice maker stopped working. Doesn't fill with water.
Man. says to be sure the "sensor area" is clean and free of frost
but doesn't show where that is. Any know?

Welcome to the forums.
Although that is a valid partial model number.... there are similar models that have additional letters at the end. Please confirm and post the entire model number.

I'm guessing you have the ice maker power switch on ?
It's an infra red beam that detects the ice level.
