Whirlpool fridge Model ET20PK
I have 2 small problems. The first is that water drips along the interior back wall, from the freezer. It eventually exits the fridge through the bottom, of the door. It's an easy fix. I just don't remember it.
The second problem is both doors develop suction where it takes all my strength to open them. It's an intermittent problem.

The suction on the two doors usually occurs just after they are closed. It should equalize in a few seconds.
The water in the freezer is coming from a clogged drain line under the evaporator coil. When the unit defrosts there is no place for the water to go so it overflows and runs down the back of the freezer.
You can remove the plastic cover over the evap coil in the freezer and look for the drain at the very bottom of the coil. Usually the hole can be opened with a piece of wire... even a pipe cleaner. After that pour down some hot water and a little bleach to clean the gunk.
Be advised using too much water to flush will cause the catch pan under the fridge to overflow. Cleaning that pan while vacuuming under the fridge is also a good idea.

I see a vertical cover on the back wall inside the freezer. The top of it has vents. It continues downwards passed the bottom shelf. Is that the cover that I have to remove?

If you open the link pugsi posted and click on "liner" you'll see the full diagram.
I posted a part of it below. The red circle is the evaporator cover that needs to be removed.
The blue circle is where the drain and tube are.
