Question LG Electric Dryer DLE7177WM Help?

Well this dryer has the problem of taking several cycles to dry a not large load. The dryer is getting hot - running manual cycle 75 min high heat. Display shows cooling while running.

1. Vents are clear no kinks in air flow leaving dryer

2. Air filter clean

3. Running manual cycles only

4. Why is cooling on in the display??

5. Can you run diagnotics on this machine?? When I open the door after 75 min. I can sense the moisture still in the air of the dryer. It is getting warm.

Need some help -- Thanks much

Your symptoms say a clogged vent to the outside. Easy way to check is take vent off back of dryer and feel air flow. Reconnect vent and go outside and feel air flow, Should be the same. Fixed dryers and anytime dryer heats and does not dry it is the vent. I know you said vent is clear but something is stopping air flow. If no ait flow out of back of dryer let us know.
Don't know why it says cooling. Here is a service manual look under test.
