Front load washer not turning on - How to diagnose?

Press the start button and nothing happens - no lights, no nothing. Prior to this, it was working fine.

Samsung front load wf0500nce

This is what i've done so far...

Using a multimeter, i checked...

Socket
Plug fuse
Power at the plug cable connector (which connects to the noise filter)
Power by back-probing the other connector of the wire that goes to the washer at the noise filter.

What else can i do to find out where the problem is?

The wiring diagrams: (can't upload here because of the ridiculous size quota).

In the wiring diagram there is a fuse in blue wire. Make sure you are getting 120 blue wire at board. Please check model # did not work. I think on your model control board and user interface are one piece. Going by memory and it is bad.

@pugsl

I can't find/see the fuse, and there are several blue wires at the board. I've taken some pics.

Model number is correct. There are also several other model numbers for same maachine depending on region. See below image for the other model numbers.

[Just a quick note. Over the last day or so, there has been an issue with adding pics. Hopefully, this will get fixed shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience & thanks for your patience.]

I'm out of the US. I got the service manual (wondering if the one you found is different). And i found the fuse, funny it says blue wire on the manual diagram but in actuality, its black. I tested it and its good. I'm getting 125v, even though power source is 220v, whats up with that? I also checked the black wire at the board and its showing 125v...but whats weird is it connects to a relay clearly marked "heater relay". I though the fuse would be to the power relay, which is what i'm supposed to be testing...what am i missing.
