GE Profile Refrigerator Cold Spot

We have a GE Profile refrigerator that is a little more than a year old. A few months after purchasing the refrigerator, we noticed that we had a very cold spot towards the back of the refrigerator (a can of soda exploded after freezing).

GE came out and the technician said that it was probably one of two boards that had gone bad. He replaced the Fresh Food Thermistor under warranty and he told us that if that board didn't fix the problem, he would come back and replace the other one.

We still have this same cold spot and the refrigerator is now out of warranty. What other board/component should I try to replace to see if this will fix it?

The refrigerator measures about 40 degrees on most of the shelves, but it's closer to 28 degrees towards the back under the spot where the freezer air enters the compartment.
