Some dishes on bottom barely getting cleaned. Spray arm not clogged

First time diagnosing one of these. Internet search said check that it's filling. Looks to be filling. I can hear it spraying in there hard but probably just the top sprayer. Another suggestion I read was to check the float. I couldn't pull mine off so I don't know what else to do with it.

I removed the bottom cover and can see the inlet valve that has a screen that could be clogged but I am thinking it is not since I can hear a lot of spraying in there. But again certain dishes aren't being washed at the bottom. I really don't know if its a certain area and even ive noticed dishes on top not cleaning and being that you can't check it while its running makes this diagnosis difficult. What should I check first here?

Maybe a stupid question but this is a change; it used to clean the dishes in these spots?

Thanks anyway guys. Found the culprit. This little clip was bent:

Not really relevant but it's an Amana

I should've snapped that pic beforehand but it was simply bent upward and prevented the spray arm from turning. Probably not the most common cause of this problem but something to check out for anyone else having this problem. Something must have fell through the bottom rack and bent it. Anyway, all good now.
