understanding range oven model and serial number

My home was built in mid 70s and I have been living here for about 10 years. Most appliances are original. I have old GE range oven. I don't know how old it is and how many watts it has?

Model/serial number is : J3560R3WH 11.7 9 4 HV2429920

I think middle number is 9 4. Number 9 is very faint so I am guessing it is 9.

Could some help me understand how big/watt oven is and watts for heating coils ( there are 4) on the top (stove)? Does any one know from where I can get owner manual? GE website doesn't seem to recognize model number.

Bake element - 2300w
Broil element - 3140w
8" top element - 2350w
6" top element - 1350w

Sorry.... no manual found and no date determined by serial number.
