Can't find the replacement SubZero evaporator fan

I have a Sub-Zero 601F freezer manufactured in 2000. For the past week or so the evaporator fan all of a sudden makes annoying noize intermittently. I removed the cover and never was able to catch it while it makes the noise. Not sure what may be causing this noise, but I searched for the replacement evaporator fan and wasn't able to find it. Does anyone have any recommendation on what might be causing this noise and how to troubleshoot? The motor appears to be working just fine, it just get's noisy at times. Also, any suggestions on where i can find the replacement motor and fan?

They can be hard to find parts for. They have limited parts distribution outside the commercial servicing market.

It looks like it should be OEM part # 4201770. You can google that part number to locate online retailers. There are a few listing it. Other places show it as discontinued. You will need your serial number handy when ordering it for confirmation. I saw two listings on eBay too.

Usually what happens is that the bearings get dry. You could try pulling the motor out and adding just a drop of oil to the front and back bearing. That may or may not take care of it. You want a light motor oil..... like sewing machine or 3in1. I don't recommend sprays or WD-40.

One drop where the red arrow is and one drop on the other end.
