clear drain line sears kenmore refridgerator

I was trying to help my son clear the drain line from a Sears Kenmore Elite refrig. # 795.7401 side by side with a bottom freezer. You tube videos haven't been helpful. We can't figure out how to get to the line. Can someone point us to a service manual?
Thanks

You missed a few numbers in the model number.

This might get you closer.

Or a manual from a similar model might help you figure it out... https://rice360.wildapricot.org/Reso...r%20Manual.pdf

The full number is 795.74013.411
Serial number 605kr00152

The frig builds up water and ice on the bottom shelf of the frig. I'm assuming the drain hose needs be to unplugged. How is the hose accessed from the frig unit in front or through the bottom in back of the unit? We were trying to get at it from the front and ran into a roadblock pretty quick.

It looks like the center column and lower left quadrant of the frig back is a single unit. After removing the single visible screw the piece still doesn't budge. There are 4 tabs on the column. I didn't have a putty knife so I couldn't get them loose.

We're assuming access is easy once the secret is known.

I don't work on many LG's fridges. The diagrams are not clear for panel removal. There are many videos on you tube you can look at. Put in "replacing LG evaporator motor".

The link below is the exploded view of the insides. The problem is most likely in the bottom center of the drip pan.
