If it uses a standard type of ice tray to make the cubes.... see if there is water in it.
It may be a harvesting problem.

Ours is a Maytag, and I don't know how common designs and components are, but we had the same problem a month or so ago; water dispenser worked but no water at the ice maker. So I looked it over, decided I wasn't going to mess with it that evening, and my wife interjected that it was time to change the filter. "Yeah, well that doesn't have anything to do with this because the water is coming out fine, and the filter is a bit of a pain to reach, so I'll get it sometime this week." The next evening she reminded me about the filter so I decided to get that out of the way first, and, lo and behold, replaced the filter and could immediately hear the water running into the ice maker. Sorry for the long story, but I was skeptical of the fault being the filter, and sure enough that's all it needed. Has been working fine ever since.

You might have a water valve not working. check the inlet for water in back there usually is a duel valve back there. One side for w the water and other side for ice.
Model # of fridge needed.

Problem solved, apparently it takes awhile, approximately 48 Hrs , after the filter is replaced for the ice machine started producing ice.
