Bosch Nexxt DLX clothes washer hot water question

I have a question how a Bosch Nexxt DLX washer operates with hot water.

I have a WFMC3200UC Bosch Nexxt washer

Found a manual here:
https://www.searspartsdirect.com/man...00uc-01-washer

My question:
What is an appropriate water heater temperature setting for a washer?
Does the washer heat up water only with temperature boost?
i..e. the hot program states 125F. If supplied hot water is less, will it reheat? Similar, (on any program) if to hot will mix with cold water to regulate?
Manual states supply water should not be more than 140F.

I'm not familiar with that washer. I'm basing my replies on what I'm reading. My forum partner may be more familiar with the operation.

Based on the following..... it looks the machine will only heat water when in the Temp boost mode or the Power Wash mode. The hot wash setting is more than likely just whatever the incoming hot water temperature is... although a slight bit of cold could be mixed in if too hot. The warm wash has cold added and the cold wash is cold water.

Temperature Settings
The following wash temperatures are available:
Temp. boost: 150 F (66 C) (only Regular/Cotton)
hot: 125 F (52 C)
warm: 95 F (35 C)
cold: 60 F (15 C)

The Power Wash option is recommended for use ONLY for heavily soiled clothes that require the removal of tough, ground-in protein-based stains. It is NOT recommended to use the Power Wash option with other cycles when laundering normal or lightly soiled clothes. Washing time is extended. Only cold water is introduced to the drum. The washing machine then heats the water to the selected wash temperature. By raising the temperature from cold up to the set temperature all components of the detergent are activated in stages for best stain removal and cleaning results.

Only have worked on a few of that type washer and never had a question about water temps. In general detergents work best in water around 85 degrees. This is something in the last 10 years. (EPA stuff) From what I read looking this up manual Te water will heat to 125 in normal setting. Do you have the owners manual? If you do on page 18 is temp chart.
Washers will heat water to set temp.

The owners manual is where I got those two items I highlighted.
Only those two I highlighted specifically mention heating the water.
