Sometimes all it takes is to unplug an appliance and then plug it back in to reset the electronics.
How long was it off ?

Water in the fridge and on the floor would probably be from condensate when the unit defrosted. Water inside the fridge could possibly be a plugged drain. As the unit defrosts.... the water goes thru a drip tray under the coil, down a short hose and empties into a condensate evaporation pan. If you're in a high humidity area.... the tray in the bottom could have been quite full and sloshed around when you moved the fridge.

If your fridge temperature starts climbing again.... you may need to check into a possible defrost issue.

All you can do is watch it. The reset may have triggered a defrost cycle.
If you see water inside the fridge then it could possibly a plugged drain line.
