Kenmore washer gets thrown off-balance

Kenmore Elite Oasis keeps going off-balance. I have already checked for level. What next?

Been a while since I worked on one of those, but we used to replace the suspension rods and springs. Forget about level make sure all 4 feet are on the floor(no wiggles when pushing down on corner). Part 10 under top and cabinet

Thank you. I am going to order the part and hopefully, we will be good to go. I found a video to show how to replace the rods. Looks pretty easy.

Don't know what video shows but I always used a strong hook to help hold up basket.

Mission accomplished. The old rod was perfect to stick down through the hole to pull the new rod up. Thanks for the help with diagnosing, providing the part number and for giving me the tip of using the hook.
