Oven door squeaks

Our Maytag oven door squeaks real bad when opening it - especially when it's hot from the oven being in use. But given how hot it gets I'm not sure what lubricant would be safe to use to stop the squeaks. Obviously don't want any lubricant I use to either smoke or actually catch fire. Are there some safe lubricants to use?

Any high temperature silicone spray will work. It may not last very long.
You could also try a small shot of PAM.

OK thanks I'll give PAM or a generic version a try. Unfortunately the hinges are not visible but I'll do my best to get the spray on them.

With most oven hinges..... what you see coming out of the slots where the door slides on is flat.
That is part of the hinge. You can spray thru that slot along the flat metal hinge.

Would this be a good lubricant to use?

It doesn't need to be food grade. That is which is a plus and it also has a high heat rating.
I'd say that should work fine.
