Kenmore Washer Not Spinning

Hello, I have a Kenmore Top Loading Washer Model # 110.28422700. It will drain and agitate but will not spin. The agitator will spin during the spin cycle but not the drum. I have already changed out the clutch, coupling, and transmission. I have by passed the lid switch to make sure that wasn't a problem. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be going on?

I must of replace a 100 drive couplers clutches and gearcase and never had your problem. only time I saw that was gearcase was stuck in gear. The other thing that might be wrong is clutch is installed on the plastic brake lever. When you move the lever it should lock brake spin basket.

Pugsl, I have uploaded a couple of videos and pictures. The first video shows the clutch during the spin cycle and the other is when the gearcase is off and someone is moving he brake lever by hand. The tub does not move with the brake lever. Is there something you see that I am missing? Kenmore's diagram show a drive tube seal and a thrust ring that do not appear to be present. Thanks.

Under the washer there the clutch goes is there a plastic lever connected there. A picture under your washer will help. I think it is part 13 in this picture under Brake and drive
