Frigoglass coke fridge not running after moving

I have a coca cola frigoglass refrigerator that was in my garage and running fine. I just moved it downstairs to my basement and plugged it in, but neither the fan or compressor is coming on. We kept the fridge upright during the move, but it tilted a little bit when coming down the stairs. Should I just leave it unplugged for a day to see if it will turn on then?

Tilting it a little bit or for a short while will not affect the starting. It would still try to start.
Probably going to need a voltmeter to see where you are losing power.
It needs to be checked at the splice box where the power cord is connected.

One thing I did fail to mention is that the LED light in the fridge is lighting up when I plug it in, so it seems to have power. Should I check something else since there is power to the light?

Check for power at the thermostat.
There are different versions of those coolers. I don't know if they have a model number.
They may have a defrost system and it could be in that now.

I have attached a picture of the side of the thermostat and there are four wires. I do not have a schematic of all of the wires and which one I would want to test. Any direction you can provide?

I have the parts manual but not the wiring diagram.

Is there a wiring diagram posted on the unit ?
I would still get to the thermostat to check it for power.

Measure carefully from each of the four wires to ground. Tell me what you get.

I believe there is a wire diagram in the compressor compartment. I will get into it and keep you posted.

This morning I plugged the fridge back in and it fired up like no issue. I just left it unplugged all night. Seems to be fine now.
