How to replace old Roper oven with slightly newer Jenn-Air
I currently have an olllld Roper wall oven, model 2041B40. It is running on a 110v line and a 30 amp breaker.
I am getting a slightly newer Jenn-Air double wall oven, model W215, that uses 110v or 220 and 48 amps.
Will 110v operate the Jenn-Air oven the same as 220v will so I do not have to bother with rewiring for 220v? Is it just a matter of replacing the 30 amp breaker with a 50 amp breaker?
110v I can handle. 220 I will have to hire a pro.

NO!!! You can not simply install a larger breaker. Going from 30 to 50 amp service will likely require new wire be run from the circuit panel to the oven in addition to a new breaker.

You could convert the oven to run on 240v and it would require 24A but then it would need a four wire feed.
