Kenmore hot surface light stays on
Hello,
the hot surface light on my parents range stays on for days after the burner is shut off and cools down. It eventually turns off. There is a hot surface indicator for each element.

any idea what part is broken and the part #?
I’ve seen some ranges where the entire element needs to be replaced (with a single, shared indicator light).

There is a hot surface indicator for each element.
Typically there is only one indicator for all the surface burners.
I'm coming up dry on service info for the Canadian built range. There should be a tech sheet near the control panel or in the back that will include servicing diagnostics. For the most part I don't have access to Canadian products. I did for that unit but they closed down the Frigidaire help site and sent everything to Electrolux. Ca.
