GE French Door Model GFE28GSKHSS Ice build up from bottom drawer

Hello,

My refrigerator GE French Door Model GFE28GSKHSS is about 4 years old. Last week, I couldn't move the last drawer because of ice built up. The top was warm, but the bottom has ice built up. I unplugged the power and defrost it for 48 hours. It is cool for a few days. Now, the ice started to built up in the vents behind the drawer as in picture attached. I cleaned up all dust on the back too.

I don't know what other issues it has and how to fix it?

Thanks.

It sounds like the drain pan under the evaporator coil is plugged.
When the unit defrosts.... the water runs down the back of the fridge.
