GE Cafe range display and keypad not working

GE Cafe range display
Any idea what this display is telling me?? Key pad is inoperable as well. It is not the display board (ask me how I know, $450 later. . .

Where did you get the display board ?
Parts can be returned for a full year from the big online guys.
What is the appliance model number ?
Are the range top burners working ?
That looks like the processor froze. Typically turning off power, waiting a short while and restoring power resets it.

@Pjmax, thanks for the response. The board was purchased at Easyapplianceparts.com, but like any other parts supplier they will not accept electric or electronic part returns once they have been installed.
This is a C2S986SEL1SS Dual-fuel range, so the burners are gas, and yes they work. Interestingly, the electric ignitors for the cooktop still work, but the oven light does not come on. I presume both the ignitors and the oven light are 120V, but apparently they are on different internal circuits.
Re-booting was my first fix attempt, tried both a 30-second and an overnight shutdown. Obviously I killed the power when I put in the new board, but no joy (only groans and bad words) when the power was restored.
Gotta be something in the internal circuitry - I was just hoping someone else would have had this happen.

Appliance Parts Pros, Repair Clinic and Genuine Appliance Parts are three major online parts retailers that will take any part back for 365 days even if installed.
Did you come across the tech sheet inside that unit ?

Fixed!!
@Pjmax, not to argue with you, but from Appliance Parts Pros' website: "We will gladly offer a full refund minus shipping costs on products that are new and have not been installed or show signs of installation such as scuff marks. Yes, even electrical parts that have not been installed or showing signs of installation or scuff marks." I'm not really sure what that means but I could see them interpreting it as not accepting electrical parts that have been installed. I dunno, it could be read a couple of different ways. I probably can sell the new panel on Ebay and recoup at least part of my cost. Likely easier than trying to sneak it past their Returns dept and having them reject it.
At any rate, GE responded fairly quickly (less than 24 hrs.) and informed me that the oven had been set to "Sabbath mode"! I know that this happened while cleaning the front of the range with a damp cloth, and it lightly touched the control panel, accidentally making that setting; this is cleaning issue is common but has never had this result. There is only the backwards "C" showing to indicate the setting. I did find it - finally - in the Owners manual, once I knew what to look for. I had looked before and didn't find any info. And nothing in the Troubleshooting Tips, either. Grrr - they could have been more clear!

Sabbath mode is on many/most different manufactures units.... not just GE.
I'm glad you pointed that out with APP as I won't recommend them for that feature any more.
I usually get my parts at a local shop so I don't deal with the online companies all the time.

. . . and on dishwashers and refrigerators as well, I've read. This incident led me to do a little reading on exactly what this is, and I have to admit I still don't fully understand the rules, but it's obviously important to a certain segment of consumers.
My comment regarding this being a setting on many GE models referred to the mysterious backwards "C" in the display. I see that other manufacturers are more clear in letting the user know what setting has been made.
Thanks!

My GE range manual shows a sideways "U" instead of a reverse "C". According to Wikipedia there are a few letters (and numerals) in the Hebrew alphabet that look like that (e.g. [b], [v], Bet, Vet, Kaf, 2, 20). I do not read or understand Hebrew but one of them might be an abbreviation or acronym for the Sabbath.
