Interpret date code on appliance part

I have a kitchen aid refrigerator. I bought a "brand new" part online that did not fix my problem.
The part is a temp/humidity control panel
# w10769076. The date code on the part is
1190 JABIL.
What month/year does this represent ?

My original part on my fridge is date code 6210 JABIL

Thanks !

Ed

Hmmmm..... I'm fairly certain Jabil is the manufacturing company of the keyboard.
Typical dates codes are week XXXX year. That won't work here.

As an educated guess based on other similar date codes.........
6210 is 5 years old. That would be 2016. 6 could be the year and 21 is the weeks. May 2016.
1190 is 1 - 2 years old. That could be 2021. 1 could be the year and 19 is the weeks. April 2021.
