I own a Samsung RF30HBEDBSR that is around 6 years old. Just recently the freezer stopped freezing. It stays around 50 degrees all the time, but the refrigerator and ice maker work fine. There were no codes and I did a hard reset on the refrigerator. The compressor and fan works fine and I replaced the Samsung Refrigerator Power Control Board DA92-00486A. I'm still having the same problem and hope someone can tell me what to do.
These are electronic nightmares.
Have you cleaned the coils and fan underneath thoroughly ?
It could be a freezer sensor or more likely an internal fan problem.
There are multiple fans used and they're variable speed.
I left a link below for the manual. You're going to need to put the fridge into diagnostic mode.
Starts around page 55 in the manual. It gets pretty technical.
For ASKO dryer model 7005 I need high and low temp cycling thermostats. OEM numbers were 8001543 and 8001444. They appear to be no longer available. Each was rated at 15A and had 3 contacts which flipped at 140 and 175 degrees respectively. Is there a replacement available? Could I put in two 4 prong universals and wire 3 poles separately?Read More
The dryer is a Whirpool WED5200VQ1. I don't have the owners manual and all I could find on the Whirlpool site was an installation manual. Their troubleshooting suggestions are worthless as usual.
Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated.Read More
