Whirlpool Refrigerator 01 code
I have a whirlpool side by side refrigerator i bought recently. This morning when i opened it, it had no power. The water and ice makers was flashing a 01 code and said to change water filter. On youtube there was a video by a gentleman with the same problem and same refrigerator as mine. He looked up the problem on whirlpool and he unplugged it for a minute and everything reset and started working. He never got an answer to the issue. Is this a common problem?

I work on a lot of appliances and I use the model number to log repairs and service info.
The generic 01 trouble code is a water dispenser issue.
It lists two problems..... one is a lack of water flow or pressure.
The second problem is a glitch on the control board.
A glitch would be cleared on a power down.
