filter for shop vac

this shop vac is probably 12 yrs old...i had 4 filters waiting for me during this time. it's when i went to reorder i saw they were $34 a piece. same price from Sears or other suppliers. i'd thought maybe there was a web site with off brand names that would be comparable.

If by using the model number you provided, there ARE some off brand ones. Use google (or the sort) and search with that model number. I've seen a few. The link I provided was straight from Sears on that model number and shows for $16.99? So if that's the right one...it shows it's cheaper. Also I've seen some off brand ones that were compatible to it and shows buy 3 get 1 free.
