I have a Sharp microwave R1512, 4 yr old. Oven light is working, control panel working (responsed well to selection and time set), but the fan and turntable are dead, and no noise can be heard (other the beepping sound) when the start button is pressed and the timer starts to count down in a normal pace. Food never get hot. Any idea what's wrong with it. Thanks.

I have inherited a Royal classic 4000 metal upright vacuum. Unfortunately, the previous owner was not kind to the unit and the one of the tabs that the wheels mount to on the rear of the motor housing is broken. I have a replacement housing and am trying to remove the motor. I have gotten down to the impeller and cannot access the screws that are under the impeller that hold the motor to the case. Does the impeller just slide off the shaft or is there some other trick to removing the impeller so that the screws that hold the motor to the housing can be removed? Thanks in advance for your help.
