Hoover Agility Steam Vac Leaking from Solution Tank

Have a Hoover F6207-900 Agility Steam Vac leaking from Valve on bottom of solution tank I think. I want to replace the valve seal but can't figure out how to get the valve out of the solution tank. Anyone know if this is a reparable item and how to do it on this steamvac or does the whole solution tank have to be replaced. If whole tank needs replacement, does anyone have any ideas where to get one when every parts web site says this item is discontinued? TIA

Here is a break down of your vacuum. Looks like you have to replace reservoir part # 44

thanks pugsl. I think you are correct as the solution tank does not leak when not on the cleaner. As soon as I put it on the vac, water comes out the rear back of the machine. Looking at the steamvac, I don't see how to get at the reservoir. Any instructions anywhere as to how to replace this part. TIA again.
