Keurig: took it apart, can't put it together

One K-cup holder arm on my Kuerig broke. I got replacement arms on eBay. I managed (I think?) to put the arms back in correctly.

I have spent over two hours taking apart and putting together the top (with Keurig imprinted on it) and the bottom k-cup holder. I had taken them apart in order to get the arms back in. (Maybe didn't need to take the top off???? Big mistake?)

So I put everything back together (two small screws on the k-cup holder, two small screws on the top). Now the top won't easily open and or close all the way. I have in insert a thin blade in the back of the top so it opens all the way or bang on the top so it closes all the way.

Any ideas???????

It's much easier to post pictures from a desktop or laptop computer.
I can't give you much help from a phone.
