Turbocat hard to turn/spin
Have a turbocat air driven vacuum power head. Took it all apart to see why it wasn't spinning. Cleaned it all out. Put it back together. It’s no better.
The roller spins freely when removed from the unit. Turbine also spins freely.
When I reinstall the roller brush, it’s a very tight fit. It almost feels like it’s so tight that it is being prevented from spinning.
Anything else to look for?

M and S uses the same powerhead. I have several here. What usually happens is something gets caught in the turbine. Yours may have hair wrapped around the brush end caps. They come apart.
