Beaumark Central Vacuum Unit Model 97456

I have this central vac unit (at least 25+ years old) located in my garage and seldom use it but when I do the garage really stinks. So I decided to remove the filter inside the bottom canister and wash it. The filter is like a large cloth or naylon bag and at the bottom has a small sewn pocket with what it feels like pebbles to weight the bag down. The bag is marked "Model 361 & 381".

Is this filter washable and how about the pebbles, should I cut the pocket and replace the pebbles?

I couldn't find any technical info on this unit.
Does it have an outside discharge line ?

The weight in the bag is to pull the bag back down when the vacuum shuts off.
Most of the bags are hand washable.

No problem PJmax, took a picture of it, sits on the floor upside down. The outlet on the right is the main outlet which connects all the house piping. The one on the left is for local (garage) vacuum. The canister fits at the opening on the top and the wire inside is to help me pull out the filter bag cause it was really stuck. The filter bag has a metal ring on one end which fits snug inside a recess on the body.

I took a chance and now I have the filter bag in the tub soaking water. Hope it will be ok after it dries out.
