Dyson DC39 vacuum Where is the motor pressure valve?

Dyson DC39. Vacuum loses power and sounds like a door shuts inside where vacuuming. Aside from cleaning out all obstructions which I have done, I read about a pressure/relief valve inside the motor that may be defective or in need of cleaning. However, I can not find this valve. I have disassembled down to the hepa filter in the motor but I see no valve. Anyone know what it looks like and where it is?

I don't see any listing for it in the parts breakdown. In the dismantling video.... the guy points to where he thinks it is. He takes the entire unit apart and cleans it with no further mention of it.

I watched almost every disassembly video on you tube and saw nothing in the motor area with a spring.
