Toast won't stay down

2 days ago I cleaned the crumb trays on my Cuisinart Toaster. Now the lift mechanism won't stay down. Model # cpt-340. Toaster is 2 years old. Thanks for any help.

I work on toasters a lot but every model is different.
I don't recognize that model to offer you any help what to look for.

There are some generic and Cuisinart repair videos that may help you.... repair videos

Need new microwave

Hello: I have a GE Microwave, model PEB9159SJ2SS. It is a convection microwave that has board failure. What I want to do is buy the exact same unit GE made without the convection part. Try as I may, I haven’t been able to find it. Exact size is important because it was installed in a cabinet with a speciality kit that include a front trim piece. So I was hoping to find the model GE made without that feature to lower the cost and eliminate a feature we’ve never used. In case it matters, it is a stainless steel model. Thank you, Steve.

Need idea for freezing meat in cylindrical shape to put down cheap meat grinder.

Since it's cheap, even though the blade is sharp enough it still gets clogged quick. So I want the freeze the meat easilly so I'm thinking if only I had some sort of mold for for cylindrical shapes. Any ideas for something DIY or is there something in existence you can think of I could use to put meat into then into the freezer? The tube/chute of this grinder is about an inch and a half
