Thanks. I half expected the black pigtail. However, I do not know which screw of each device to use, or how the whites run to and from each of the devices. Any further information? I am still at half a loss!

first of all, it is easier for all to follow you and your project if you keep reposting to the original question, you dont have to start a new thread each time you have a question.
In response, the neutral wires going to the lights and fan will all be spliced in the box to the incoming white nuetral, in addition you add a pigtail to the gfi outlet on the screw that says LINE WHITE, the black pigtail goes to LINE BLACK.
On each switch there are only two screws, the black pigtail goes to one and the black wire going to the light/fan goes to the other one. It doesnt matter on a single pole switch what wire goes to what screw on that switch.
