Outlet for mounted Microwave

My microwave is going to be moved from a cheap roll-around cabinet to a shelf on the wall between the fridge and the stove. How high off the floor should the outlet be? I'm thinking maybe 60 inches or so to account for the height of the cabinet and countertop, and another 18-19 inches from the top of the counter top to the bottom of the shelf. Am I correct in my reasoning? Thanks.

Put it anywhere you want.

The receptacle should be placed where it will be usable once the cabinets are installed. That height will depend on what you are doing and where the cord is located on the microwave.
Take a good look at what you plan to do, lay it out and then look at the microwave and decide where it would be best to have the outlet for your convenience. There is no height requirement!!!

While you are installing, do it right and use a receptacle with surge protection. Microwave ovens are very easily damaged by lightning.
