Rewiring A Three Way Lamp Socket
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW TO CORRECTLY REWIRE A THREE WAY LAMP SOCKET AND SWITCH? I HAVE SEARCHED THE LIBRARY AND NONE OF THE BOOKS ADDRESSES THIS ISSUE. THANKS

I'm not an electrician, but your lamp wire should have writing or imprint on the neutral side and be plain wire on the hot side.
Attach the neutral side to the silver screw and the plain wire to the brass screw.
