ceiling fan wiring

This is the last of four fans that I have installed in my house. But the box in the ceiling has a red wire along with the white, black and ground. I do not plan to use the light (blue wire) on my fan, so what other wire gets hooked up to the red wire?

wire:

you stated you will not be using it, but go ahead and hook the blue to the red wire. If you or anyone wanted to install a light in the future then getting back into the ceiling box would not be necessary. Any current it would get from accidentally turning on the switch would stop at the plug for the light in the bottom of the fan. Then a light would only need to be pluged into this socket and attached to the fan base.
