steel stud boxes
I just bought some steel stud electrical boxes, but I am unsure about you they should be installed.
They type I bought are 1104-MSB on the following page:

Can anyone help explain how these are installed or point me to a site that explains the installation.

Short #8 or #10 flat head, self drilling sheetmetal screws are the way to go. Just chuck up a phillips bit in your cordless drill and screw the bracket to the edge of the metal stud. Drywall is somewhat forgiving, so the small heads on the screws won't show through.
