installing a dimmer

The box has 4 wires in it--each with a black, a white, and a bare.
They feed 2 switches, 1 for the vent fan and 1 for the vanity lights(6 bulb). All whites are capped off together as well as all bares capped off together.
I want to repace the light switch with a dimmer switch.
The new dimmer has a black, a red, and a green ground.
The present light swith is connected to 3 of the electrical wires all black(one of these is wrapped around a screw terminal and goes to the vent fan switch.)

Any suggestions?
Thanks

First make sure the power is turned off at the breaker.
Remove the wire from the screw and the one next to it( The 1 that is stabbed into the back of switch on the same end).Tie these to the black wire from the dimmer. The red wire will tie to the 1 . black wire that is on the other end of switch.
