Wall light switch doesn't work?????
I have a wall light switch in my bedroom that appears to go nowhere. I plugged electrical devices in every socket, to and bottom and tried the switch to see if any would work, none did. How can I find out if the switch is a good one? (I bought the house off a couple in the process of renovation and for some reason right in the middle divorsed and I bought the house.)

That switch might be like the marriage of the folks you bought the house from: back & forth, on & off - but goes nowhere.
Said that things like that happen (not the switch).
Hopefully someone knowledgeable here can point you in the right direction!
