What does "It feeds off a 3 way but it is a 2 way" mean?

If you have a voltmeter, check for voltage at the light bulb socket. If none, then remove the light fixture and check for voltage at the two wires that were connected to the light. Consider tripped GFCI, tripped breaker, burnt out bulb.

there are 2 switches that controll a hall light. One hall switch and the porch light are in the same box next to the front door.

John, I tried the light fixture. That was the problem. Thank you for your help.
