4 gauge wire
#1

i have an older house from the 50's, and the service cable is 6 gauge 3 wire, wrapped up it some type of covering. I updated my service box to a 100 amp, and I need to change the service wire. I was wondering if anyone knows of a product that is 4 gauge 3 wire?

Assuming #4awg copper? Some electrical supply will have this. #2awg might be more common for your service type.
Is the cable you are replacing before or after the main disconenct (or meter). If it is after where the neutral and ground conductors are bonded, you must be sure it has 4/3 plus ground.
