What Wire Size Do I Need

I am remodeling my basement and want to put a 200A sub-panel in the basement. I will have a separate 62.5kw furnace for the basement, + home office, workshop with radial arm saw, compressor, router, + misc small tools, and a family room with TV area, sewing area, kitchenette with just a frig. and microwave and a bathroom with an in-the-wall 1500w supplemental heater.

I will be installing a 100A sub-panel in the workshop feeding from the basement 200A sub-panel.

I have a 17 year old 200A box with all of the breakers from a full house available to use.

What size wiring will I need to run from the primary box to the sub-panel.

Sorry to have to resubmit a question I sent in about three weeks ago, couldn't be helped, wife's medical problem took priority.

62.5KW furnace? That's 260 amps of 240 volts all by itself. Is your house really 60,000 square feet?
