Against Code?

I recently swap the location of my 110 outlet with my 220 outlet in my basement, reason was to shorten the lenght of the dryer vent, which shorten it by about 5 feet. Only I didnt notice till I was done is that this put the dryer in front of the water hose connection for the washer. There enough room to hook the washing machine up and still shut off the valves. But is it against code to have the dryer in front the the water connections? I'm sorry if this should of been in plumping, it was tossup to which to ask, if belongs in plumping would someone be kind enough to move it.

Thanks

Not against electrical codes, and almost certainly not against plumbing codes either.
