What is the configuration? The local home depot here has individual sections of plates that snap together to make just about any order/config. They look pretty good.

There are some nifty modular cover plates at Home Depot. I recently had an application that I could not find a coverplate for anywhere and made my own. I need a 2-gang box covered with a plate that had a GFCI hole on one side and none on the other. I just bought a blank plate and cut out a hole using a air-driven die grinder and small cut off wheels. A dremel would work just as well. Good Luck.

Check your local electrical supply house. They should have a two gang duplex/blank plate available. Then merely drill a hole in the center the correct size for an "f" coupling. Clamp the cover upside-down on a piece of scrap wood. Drill slowly with a very sharp bit.

If anyone asks, I will deny helping you violate the code

The individual sections I described or the modular plates as described by BobMachus are the way to go. I think we are describing the same item.
As last option, do like Bolted Fault.
