light goes dimm
i have 200 amp service pnl
heat on most light in the house are on
dryer on refrigeration on
at this point every thing is fine
three other house share one txu tranformer
when the other house heat on my light goes to dimm
should call txu company to check it out or what?

It sounds as if the problem is not in your house, But more at the transformer. What is
happening is when the other house's heat comes on, while yours or the third house is on,
The transformer is being overloaded, or is just getting weak. And the other possibility is
the house that seems to be the problem has a loose connection most likely at the pole,
and causing excessive load on the transformer. Nun the less it sounds like a power
company problem, and you should call them. The should be happy to look at it and fix it.
