not a question, but, in trying to find a tester & after buying 3 & returning them because the instructions were unintelligent to me, finally found an instruction book, waiting for it, will let you know if any good, thanks for help.

Unhappy electrical tester

i have the same problem..on a electrical circuit tester..
what does the results mean,,,,,open neurtal????
reverse/open ground......?tell me when you find out..thanks

Most of the time it means what it says open neutral= the neutral/white is not connected.

i want to thank joed and gordypoo...for your answers..
i found the problem...white neutral wirers..had to be
tightened....just a little.....thanks everyone at this great
web site....do it yourself.....thanks..i saved time and money.
and found new friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
